Import line items from Excel
Download the template
Always download the official template first: go to the target module → Import → Download template. Do not modify column headers.
Estimate line item template columns

Import steps
- Go to the target module and click Import.
- Drag the file or click to select it.
- Click Start import.
- When done, a summary shows imported records / errors.
Common errors
| Error | Cause | Fix |
|---|
| Column not found | Header modified | Use the template without modifying headers |
| Invalid data type | Text in numeric column | Ensure prices and quantities are numbers |
| Duplicate code | Code already exists | Change the code or use the update function |
| File too large | > 10,000 rows | Split the file into smaller parts |
