User management

Administrators only

This section is accessible only to users with the Administrator role.

Create a user

  1. Click New user.
  2. Fill in full name, email, role, and status (Active / Inactive).
  3. The system sends a welcome email with login instructions.

Edit a user

Click the edit icon (✏). You can change name, role, and status.

warning

Changing a user's role immediately affects their module and feature access.

Deactivate a user

To revoke access without deleting:

  1. Edit the user.
  2. Change status to Inactive.
  3. Save.

The user cannot log in, but their activity history is preserved.
