User management
Administrators only
This section is accessible only to users with the Administrator role.
Create a user
- Click New user.
- Fill in full name, email, role, and status (Active / Inactive).
- The system sends a welcome email with login instructions.
Edit a user
Click the edit icon (✏). You can change name, role, and status.

Changing a user's role immediately affects their module and feature access.
Deactivate a user
To revoke access without deleting:
- Edit the user.
- Change status to Inactive.
- Save.
The user cannot log in, but their activity history is preserved.
