Schedule module

The Schedule module lets you plan and manage project activities, set dependencies between them, and link them to estimate line items (WBS).

Activity list

Each activity shows: name, WBS code, start date, end date, duration, and status.

Activity statuses

Status	Description
pending	Planned, not yet started
in_progress	Currently being executed
completed	Finished
delayed	Behind the planned schedule

Create an activity

1. Click New activity in the Topbar.
2. Fill in name, WBS code, start date, end date, and duration (days).
3. Save.

Dependencies

Dependencies define the execution order. Add them from the activity detail panel by selecting a predecessor activity and configuring lag days.

WBS links

Link an activity to estimate line items for cost-to-schedule traceability. From the activity detail, add a WBS link and select the corresponding estimate line item.

Edit an activity

Click the edit icon (✏) on the row. You can modify all fields, including the status — use this to mark activities as in_progress or completed.

warning

Deleting an activity also deletes its dependencies and WBS links. This action cannot be undone.
