First login to BuildQuant
Prerequisites
- Active user account (created by your company administrator)
- Modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari)
- Internet connection
Logging in
- Open your browser and go to your BuildQuant instance URL (e.g.
https://app.buildquant.io). - On the login screen, enter your email address and password.
- Click Sign in.

If you forgot your password, contact your company administrator. Password recovery is managed internally.
Home screen (Dashboard)
After logging in you'll see the Dashboard with:
- Personalized greeting with your name and the current date.
- KPI cards: total projects, active, in review, and archived.
- Recent projects: the last modified projects with their status.
- Bar chart: projects distribution by status.
- Donut chart: visual proportion of statuses.

The Dashboard only shows data for the modules your permission profile grants access to.
Visual themes
BuildQuant includes three selectable themes from the top bar:

| ☀ | Light | White background, high contrast (default) |
| ◑ | Neutral | Ocean-blue chrome, steel-blue work area |
| ☾ | Dark | Dark background for low-light environments |
Your theme preference is saved per user, independently on each device.
Signing out
Click your username in the top-right corner and select Sign out. Your session expires automatically for security after a period of inactivity.
